Tape Hiss and Train Lines
Last-train JP rock: post-hardcore weather, math-twitch, flyer grit — digger energy, not a greatest-hits dump.
Grown from: Envy — A Warm Room · Insomniac Doze–era catharsis — the weather the rest of the ride answers.

Concept
This mixtape is a last-train ride home under damp concrete and peeling flyers. It opens in Envy’s storm-weather post-hardcore — A Warm Room as the seed — then stretches into mono’s long-horizon instrumental glow before the cars fill with toe’s precision, tricot’s twitch, and ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION’s neon rewrite energy. NUMBER GIRL and Eastern Youth cut like old xerox bills on the wall; MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGS and きのこ帝国 keep the platform fluorescent and slightly wrong. sokoninaru and The Hiatus hold the middle of the night, then Envy’s Go Mad and Mark closes the loop with A Dead Sinking Story intensity so the journey ends in the same weather it began. Same general lane throughout: Japanese underground / alternative / post-hardcore-adjacent rock that still hits as a sequence, not a crate of random singles. Listen in order; the city only appears between stations.
